Election 2004 I'm watching the election coverage - it is way closer than I'd like! I thought for sure Kerry would take FL. Argh. I suppose, his brother IS the governor. Kerry has to take Ohio, I think I'll cry if we re-elect Bush. What does that say about our society? I think it says that "they" really do outnumber us - the fundamentalists, the evangelical christians, are now mandating government policy for the rest of us. The entire world will lump us all into that group, and that is NOT who I want to be associated with.

I know. They even have Tom Daschle running for his political life. I can't believe that (neither, I think, can Tom). It's not common that a junior senator would take on the leader of the Senate. What happened??? What is wrong with this country???
