The fae were walking past my window,
On this dark autumn night.
They made me forget the hard times past,
And return, they just might...

It's been a while since my last entry. Rhiannon's been sick, I've been sick, and I just haven't been up to doing much of anything. I feel like a huge slacker. Lazy.

Man, I worked my butt off for years, and then have so busy with Rhiannon for the last 14 months, that when I stop to take a breather I feel like I'm slacking off. I need a little "me time" once in a while.

We put our Christmas tree up last weekend! I know, I know, since I'm Neo-Pagan, I really ought to call it a "Yule Tree", but it's been a Christmas tree for too long to change it now! It's funny, I'll get truly passionate about something for a while, then lose my enthusiasm when I really need to put some actual work into it. Then I let it drop, but I can't let go of it completely. It hangs on me like a clingy child: "please don't forget about me". Totally guilt-inducing.

Got off on a tangent about relgion, there, sorry.

Anyway, we now have our Tree up, along with our other decorations, so it's put me in the holiday spirit finally. It didn't feel like Christmas. There's no snow, it's still warm out, I've been going around in a tshirt and no coat, and it's December! Weird. Nice! But weird.
